Prop Shop for Zoom Peeps!

Below are the main props we suggest purchasing (all at once or over time!) to get the most out of your from-home workout sessions.

Other props you might need on hand for Zoom classes include a hand towel (for lumbar support and/or Squidgie substitute), pillow or bolster, and a chair. :)

Magic Circle

Ahh, the Magic Circle. The tool that will connect you to your core like no other! Bypass the big guys and get to the core muscles that matter with this handy prop.

Foam Rollers

For Pilates class purposes, we use the roller as a tool to challenge our balance and stability vs. the more traditional purpose of "rolling" out the muscles. So a firmer roller will be more of a challenge and what we need!

Extra-Firm Roller

$30.00

But if you prefer a softer roller, you can check out the soft roller below as well (luxurious for sure but pricier), or find a more affordable one on Amazon or elsewhere.

Resistance Bands

These bands are AWESOME quality, and help us recreate the equipment resistance in a mat class setting. If you are purchasing just one, your best bet is the Medium Resistance. If you are wanting less support or are a lighter/fragile frame, the lighter resistance is the way forward; if you have a tighter/more muscular frame, I suggest the heavier band for more support to start.

Franklin Method Ball

Whether supporting the spine in the correct position for exercises such as The Hundred or giving us something to "hug" while hugging the midline, this ball is the perfect prop for helping us connect to our correct core muscles.
