PILATES TEACHER

I was introduced to Pilates at the age of 12 and it still never ceases to amaze me. As a dancer, I quickly found how strengthening your powerhouse creates a strong, stable, and long body. 

For me, Pilates means that I am able to dance into my 40s and that I know I can rely on my muscles for support when I go on adventures in our beautiful mountains. Because of Pilates, I know I have the tools I need to keep my body strong and safe.  

I love sharing this practice and I look forward to seeing you all on the mat or equipment soon!
